"Better than I expected, with one small hiccup"
I wasn’t expecting customer service to get back to me that quickly, so that was a nice surprise. They answered my questions clearly enough and were easy to deal with. There was one small delay along the way, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a good experience, just not totally perfect, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Order was fine, shipping was a bit slow"
My order showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. Shipping just took longer than I expected — not a huge deal, but definitely slower than some other places I’ve ordered from. I wasn’t in a rush or anything, thankfully, but it did have me checking the tracking more than I’d like

"Decent shop, but the backorder details were a little vague"
Ordered a couple parts from Kies. Simple overall. Site was easy to get around, prices seemed fair, checkout was normal. Nothing weird there.
The only thing that bugged me was the backorder situation. It did say backordered, so I knew that part. But not really how long it might take. No clear ETA, no real update until I asked. That part felt a little frustrating.
To be fair, they did respond when I reached out, and the order did eventually get moving. So not a bad experience. Just maybe not ideal if you need parts right away.

I ordered a few parts from Kies Motorsports and, to be fair, most of everything showed up exactly how it was supposed to. Shipping was fine too — not lightning from the heavens fast, but not painfully slow either. The only thing that made me dramatically question the universe was one small item being wrong. Of course it was just enough to stop my install dead in its tracks, which felt like a personal attack at the time. I had to reach out to them, and they did respond and help get it sorted, so I’ll give them credit for that. It just added extra time and frustration I really didn’t need. Overall, not a bad experience, but I definitely wish the order had been checked a little better before shipping.

My order arrived with one of the pieces damaged, which was disappointing right away. I figured it would be a quick fix, but getting it sorted took more effort than I expected. They did respond eventually, but I had to follow up a few times, and I would’ve appreciated a bit more reassurance that it was being handled. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but after spending that much, I expected the support to feel a little more reliable...

The exchange did get sorted in the end, but it took way too long. At first I thought it would be straightforward, but this is where it got annoying: I had to keep chasing them for updates instead of being kept in the loop. The whole thing felt a bit messy and delayed, which made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

I was browsing kiesmotorsports.com for a few parts, and the stock situation was kind of all over the place. A lot of what I wanted was either out of stock or didn’t really say when it might be available again, which got frustrating after clicking around for a while.

The site itself is easy to use, so not saying it’s a scam, but the inventory info could definitely be clearer. I’d probably check back later, but for now it wouldn’t be the first place I’d go

"Same old pricing issue"
I checked out kiesmotorsports, it felt like the same issue again, prices just seemed higher than I expected for what you’re getting. After a quick search, I found some of the same stuff cheaper elsewhere, and once shipping and the total cost were added in, it really didn’t make the deal any better. I was hoping it’d be worth it this time, but I just didn’t see the value and ended up passing.

"Didn’t find enough for my BMW"
I went on kiesmotorsports.com looking for a few parts for my BMW, and I really did try to give it a fair shot. Some sections had decent stuff, so it’s not like the site was empty or anything, but for what I specifically needed, the selection felt limited.
Maybe my model just isn’t one they stock a lot for, or maybe I was looking for parts that are more specific than usual. I get that not every shop can carry everything, but I still couldn’t find enough options to justify placing an order, so I left a little disappointed.

"Great support, just like I expected"
I ran into a small issue during my install and reached out to Kies Motorsports for help. i already had a good feeling about them from what I’d heard, and this pretty much confirmed it. They got back to me quick and explained what I was doing wrong in a way that actually made sense, without making it overly complicated. The parts were solid, but the support is what really made the whole thing smooth. Once they pointed me in the right direction, the install went fine. I’d definitely order from them again

I had a small issue with a part I ordered from Kies Motorsports and wasn’t sure how the whole warranty thing was gonna go. I’ve dealt with warranty claims before where it turns into a huge headache, so I was kinda bracing for that.
I sent them a few pics and my order info, and they got back to me quick. No runaround or anything, just straight-up helped me get it sorted and kept me updated along the way. Really appreciate that sooo much when a shop actually makes the process easy.

Checking out on kiesmotorsports.com was quick and easy. My cart loaded fine, the payment went through without any problems, and the shipping options were clear enough. That said, I did keep getting a little annoyed by how a few things felt repetitive, like I had to double-check the same info more than once, and some of the checkout steps felt like they could’ve been smoother. Nothing major, just the kind of small stuff that bugs you while you’re trying to get done. Overall, though, it worked fine and I didn’t have any real issues.

I don’t know why, but I expected the return to be a little easier. It did get sorted in the end, but it took a few emails back and forth, and the shipping cost wasn’t exactly cheap. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I was hoping.

I liked that they gave me a few different payment options, so I could just choose the one that worked best for me instead of being stuck with only one method. I ordered a few parts from Kies Motorsports and was impressed with how everything showed up. The packaging felt really solid, with plenty of protection and nothing loose rattling around inside. The boxes were in good shape too, which always makes you feel a little better when parts are involved, you know? It seemed like they actually put some thought into making sure stuff doesn’t get beat up during shipping. Definitely nice to open a package and not immediately worry something is damaged.

"Definitely feels like a legit BMW shop"
I was kind of in a rush when I ordered a few parts from Kies, but everything still felt really straightforward. The parts seemed legit, not like some random reseller stuff, and shipping was fine. I also ended up using their videos, which helped a lot since I didn’t have much time to figure things out. I’d buy from them again.
